Tyto symptomy se objevují, pokud se ocitneme v přeměně, nebo jak to přirovnávám k "tunelu". Tušíte, že musí mít nějaký konec, neskutečně krásný, klidný a naplněný láskou, která čeká na vás. Nechť je váš evoluční proces radostný, mírný a naplněn světlem a zázraky.
1. Pocit, jako kdyby jste se nacházeli v papiňáku či intenzivní energii; pocit stresu. Pamatujte, že se přizpůsobujete vyšším vibracím a budete posléze nastaveni. Staré vzory chování a přesvědčení vyplouvají na povrch. Je toho ve vás hodně, co se ještě objeví!
2. Pocit dezorientace; nevíte, kde jste; ztráta pocitu umístění. Už nejste a nikdy nebudete ve 3D, neboť jste se pohnuli a směřujete do vyšších rovin.
3. Neobvyklé bolesti po celém těle. Uvolňujete a čistíte zablokovanou energii, která stále vibruje ve 3 D, zatímco vy sami již vibrujete ve vyšší dimenzi.
4. Probouzení se mezi 2 a 4 ráno. Hodně se toho odehrává během vašeho snění. Nelze tam být příliš dlouho, je třeba si odpočinout. I vyšší vyvinuté bytosti tráví více času na pozemských pláních a vy se mohutně vyvíjíte.
5. Ztráta paměti. Poměrně časté případy krátkodobého výpadku paměti a jen nejasných vzpomínek na vaši minulost. 8. Pocit "mimo těla". Můžete zažívat, jako by někdo mluvil, ale vy to nejste. Jde o náš přirozený obranný mechanismus přežití, když se ocitneme pod akutním stresem, nebo pociťujeme traumata či se nejsme schopni ovládat. Znamená to, že vaše tělo podstupuje mnohé a nemusíte v něm chtít být. Můj průvodce při vzestupu mi sdělil, že jde o ulehčení přechodového procesu, že jsem nepotřeboval zkušenost, kterou podstupovalo mé tělo. Trvá to pouze krátký čas. Přejde to.
9. Období hlubokého spánku. Odpočíváte od veškerého přizpůsobování se i integrace a také se připravujete pro další fázi.
10. Zvýšená citlivost k vašemu okolí. Fronty, hluk, jídla, televize, další lidský hlasy a různý další vjemy jsou jen málo snesitelný. Také toto snadno zdoláte a brzy budete nad věcí. Navykáte si! Vězte, že i toto brzy přestane.
11. Nechce se vám nic dělat. Jste v čase odpočívání, "restartování". Vaše tělo samo ví, co potřebuje. Když navíc dosahnete vyšších realit, "dělání" a "zařizování, aby se něco stalo" se stane zastaralé, neboť Nové energie podporují smyslnost těšení, získávání, tvoření, péče o sebe a výchovu. Požádejte Univerzum, aby vám "přineslo" to, co chcete, zatímco co vy se budete těšit a bavit se!
12. Nesnášenlivost věcí s nižšími vibracemi (3D), která se odráží v rozhovorech, postojích, společenských strukturách, léčebných metodách, atd. Doslova vás uvnitř "dusí". Jste ve vyšších vibracích a vaše energie již nejsou srovnané. Jste "tlačeni" pohnout se vpřed... "být" a tvořit Nové.
13. Ztráta chuti k jídlu. Vaše tělo se přizpůsobuje novému, vyššímu stavu bytí. A také jedna z vašich částí již nikdy nechce být ve Starém.
14. Náhlé vymizení přátel, aktivit, zvyků, prací a sídel. Vyvíjíte se za to, čím jste bývali, a tito lidé a prostředí již nevyhovují vašim vibracím. Nové dorazí již brzy a pocítíte to mno-o-o-hem lépe!
15. Už absolutně nejste schopni vykonávat některé věci. Když zkusíte dělat svou obvyklou rutinu a aktivity, cítíte se strašně. Stejné jako předchozí.
16. Dny extrémní únavy. Vaše tělo ztrácí hustotu a prochází intenzivní restrukturalizací.
17. Potřeba jíst často spolu s pocity útoků nízkého krevního cukru. Zvýšení váhy. Pro procest vzestupu vyžadujete enormní množství paliva. Zvyšování váhy s nemožností zhubnout ať děláte cokoli je jednou z nejtypičtějších zkušeností. Věřte, že vaše tělo ví, co dělá.
18. Zažíváte emoční výkyvy nahoru a dolů; pláč. Naše emoce jsou naší výpustí pro uvolňování, a uvolňujeme mnohé.
19. Toužíte jít Domů, jako kdyby již byl KONEC a vy sem nepatřili. Vracíme se ke Zdroji. Všechno KONČÍ. (Ale mnoho z nás zůstává, aby zažilo a vytvořilo Nový svět). Byly také naplněny naše staré plány pro příchod.

21. Úzkost a panika. Vaše ego ztrácí velkou část sebe a bojí se. Váš systém je také přetížen. Dějí se vám různé věci, kterým nemusíte rozumět. Ztrácíte rovněž vzorce chování nižší vibrace, které jste si vytvořili pro přežití ve 3D. To ve vás může vyvolávat pocity zranitelnosti a bezmoci. Vzory a chování, které ztrácíte, nejsou ve vyšších realitách potřeba. Pomine to a posléze pocítíte mnoho lásky, bezpečí a jednoty. Prostě si na to počkejte!
22. Deprese. Vnější svět nemusí být v zákrytu s vašim Novým, vyšším vibračním já. Necítí se tam moc dobře. Zbavujete se také nižších, temných energií a "vidíte" skrze ně. Zanechte je tam!
23. Živé, divoké a někdy násilné sny. Zbavujete se mnoha, mnoha existencí vibrací nižší energie. Mnoho nyní hlásí, že zažívá krásné sny. Vaše snění se posléze zlepší a bude se vám to znovu líbit. Někteří tuto zkušenost zažívají i při bdění. Má matka to jednoho dne komentovala, že se domnívala, že mám noční můry během dne!
24. Vaše plány se náhle změní uprostřed a vydáváte se zcela jiným směrem. Vaše duše vyvažuje vaši energii. Obvykle zažijete v novém směru úžasný pocit, neboť vaše duše ví více, než vy! Rozbíjí to vaše "zajeté" volby a vibrace.
25. Vytvořili jste situaci, která se zdá jako nejhorší noční můra, navíc s mnoha aspekty "nejhorší noční můry". Vaše duše vás vede do "roztahování" vašich poloh, které jste postrádali, nebo do "zeslabení" poloh, kterých jste měli nadbytek. Vaše energie se právě vyrovnává. Nalezení cesty k míru prostřednictvím této situace je test, který jste si sami nastavili. Jeto to VAŠE cesta a vaše duše by to tak nenarafičila, pokud byste nebyli připraveni. Vy jste tím, který má najít cestu ven a vy to dokážete. Až se ohlédnete, budete vděčni za zkušenost a budete jinou osobou.

To může být pro člověka, který byl dosud velmi aktivní a plný energie, velmi znepokojující. Je to způsobeno přizpůsobováním vědomí na vyšší hladiny než dosud. K tomu je potřebné dostatečně odpočívat, déle spát a celkově zpomalit.
Utkvělé obavy ze zničení lidstva (znečištěním, nedostatkem prostředků, mimozemšťany, technikou atd.). Ty pramení z toho, že je multi-dimenzionální vědomí napojené na všechny úrovně kolektivního vědomí, včetně té části, která obsahuje strachy a starost o přežití druhu. Protože má dotyčná osoba často obavy o vlastní přežití, má sklon rezonovat s touto částí kolektivního vědomí nebo morfického pole.
